Wow, I am SO THANKFUL I came across Precision One. They helped me *same day* with a frozen pipe that was actively leaking all over our rental property while I was stuck in an airport flying home from the holidays, doing my best to resolve from afar. Not only was their team attentive, timely and helpful, they were also quick to provide a solution when most other contractors were still closed for the holidays. They repaired the pipe efficiently and re-installed the CORRECT way to prevent this from happening again. They seem to truly care about the quality of work and customer service they provide. I genuinely want to thank Precision One services! I had contacted four other places Safe-way, Switch, and I forget the other places before Precision One and all of them either didn't answer or promise they would come and then change their mind. Even after explaining to them that I lost electricity to half my house and I had aunt who had a breathing machine no other company seem to care. Mike and Nick were Amazing, Professional, Patient, Knowledgeable, and Kind. They even talk to my home warranty which they didn't really have to but they did. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else who needs electrical work. They were fast and clean too. Thank you guys very much!

Called late one afternoon, about 6 pm, after we realized one of our air conditioning units was having issues. Mike took the call and scheduled service promptly for the following morning. Mike and his apprentice showed up on time as promised and quickly diagnosed the issue, changed out the defective parts, and got the unit back in service. House is cooling again like before and our dogs are happy again!!

This company should change their name to Most Reliable and Professional Services. Mike and Dave arrived on time. They replaced my 16-yr old water heater. Work took some doing as they had to fix the outdoor cabinet that was on the verge of collapsing due to water leak from the tank. They were very knowledgeable, polite, professional in every way, and then some. They are compasssionate and trustworthy. Very clean work! Pricing is honest and very reasonable. Highly recommended! My family and friends will definitely hear about this company. Much appreciated!
