This company should change their name to Most Reliable and Professional Services. Mike and Dave arrived on time. They replaced my 16-yr old water heater. Work took some doing as they had to fix the outdoor cabinet that was on the verge of collapsing due to water leak from the tank. They were very knowledgeable, polite, professional in every way, and then some. They are compasssionate and trustworthy. Very clean work! Pricing is honest and very reasonable. Highly recommended! My family and friends will definitely hear about this company. Much appreciated!

These guys are exceptional at their trade! We recently had two brand new AC/Heatpump units installed. One unit was failing and diagnosed with a bad (3 of 6 wires shorted)control cable between condenser and air handler. And told we needed to have a replacement cable run, price estimate was outrageous. We called Precision One. Rick and Mike did not think changing out cable and installing conduit was way to go, so began troubleshooting. They worked the problem finding that the cable had been melted (with all 6 wires exposed and touching)by the copper pipe ( gets extremely hot when heat pump in use). Spliced cables, reconnected and tightened everything up. Resolved the issue and saved us a bunch of money, and we didn't have to drill into or install a external conduit. We absolutely hire these guys for future work and highly recommend them.

Checked for local plumbers and found Precision1 who were licensed and bonded, which is important to me for major in-home work. Nick & Mike came out and discussed what the remedy to repair the water-spraying issue within my wall and the cost. The quote was reasonable and I gave the go-ahead. They performed the work professionally and proficiently. They were amiable and friendly. The work was done correctly. I am very happy with this experience and will call them in the future when I have issues with my home’s electrical, A/C and plumbing systems. I feel like they can be trusted. Carlos

Nick was great they was very fast and was able to get our ac system working. We talk to 5 company's and Nick was able to get us going. We have four kids and our house been in the 90s. Thanks Nick. My family is in 72 degrees now vs when nick first came it was 93 thanks nick.

Precision one technicians are the best for aircon problem . They resolved the problem of the central aircon unit that we have to suffer in this heatwave days . It’s been close to 100 degrees since these last weeks of July 2026 . They sure lend the Midas Touch to their work . Below is the capacitor that was replaced .They knew right away that was the problem . Replaced it . And that was it . Not even 20 minutes .Job done .

Awesome team!! Called them on Saturday, they squeezed us in. Gave us an honest quote. Came back on Monday, was able to repair and replace everything in one day. All the ducts and the coil. Should have taken 2 days, they got it done in 1!!! Recommend this team of guys!!! Thank you for everything!!
